Chef's never have a day off..

Even when I'm not cooking on the line at Dirty Burger, I enjoy cooking up new dishes for my family. Living in a house with my brother and step-brother who are also chef's means that there are always new recipes to be tried, as long as old time favorites. Bringing everyone together at night for a good home cooked meal brings our whole household together, as I hope it does yours.
