Who is The Philly Chef?

Everyone needs to eat, its part of our priminal instincts. However, what you choose to eat is up to you. My name is William Gauger and I am The Philly Chef who will make all your food dreams come true. I am a young dedicated chef who is determined to break out in the chef circuit. I am orginally from Philadelphia, PA and current reside in Long Island, NY. I am a chef, and manager at Dirty Burger located in Plainview. I have built this resturant from the ground up along with my partner "The Dirty Chef" Ian Russo. I am looking to build my own name and continue to improve on my craft.
